- Ferrettigroup, always in the front line when it comes to important solidarity campaigns, has this year chosen San Patrignano as the venue for its management meeting, to demonstrate its proximity, in geographical and human terms, to this well-known rehabilitation centre for young people. - Chief Executive Officer Ferruccio Rossi: “Just as the leadership of Ferrettigroup has always been characterised by outstanding quality and excellence, SANPA is also driven by excellence in its work, as it strives to ensure that its young people reach their full potential. This is the common theme that unites two seemingly very different worlds, bringing them together even if just for one day”. Forlì, 16 July 2013– The San Patrignano shelter and rehabilitation centre in Coriano near Rimini was the venue for the annual Management Meeting of Ferrettigroup, one of the global leaders in the design, construction and sale of motor yachts, whose unique portfolio of prestigious brands includes some of the most exclusive names on the international nautical market. Over 70 managers from all the Group's global branches, including Chief Executive Officer Ferruccio Rossi and Executive Director Xu Xinyu, gathered at San Patrignano to discuss and explore the key trends in the global nautical market, and their strategies for the coming years, during a "full immersion" in the lush countryside of the Romagna hills. The meetings were interspersed with guided tours around the facilities at San Patrignano. Ferruccio Rossi, Chief Executive Officer of Ferrettigroup, commented on the decision to organise the meeting at San Patrignano: "Historically, Ferrettigroup has had two sites in Emilia-Romagna - at Forlì and Cattolica - very close to the community at San Patrignano. This year, the company chose to show solidarity with SANPA by holding its Management Meeting at this important rehabilitation centre for the first time. The idea was to offer our managers the chance to explore the key trends in the global nautical market, now even more complex given the current economic situation, in a setting with 'high social added value' such as the San Patrignano community which is closer to the world of industry than you might think. Just as the market leadership of Ferrettigroup has always been characterised by outstanding quality and excellence, SANPA is also driven by excellence in its work, as it strives to ensure that its young people reach their full potential" - continued Ferruccio Rossi. "Excellence can be seen as a way out of a crisis – whether personal or financial – and I think it is a common theme linking two seemingly very different worlds that are however very close".
